I'm not getting a confirmation email of my order. What should I do?

When your order is placed you automatically receive a confirmation mail. Not receiving this email can have different cause:

  1. Your order is not fully completed.
    First check that your order is completed. The module 'Shopping Cart' on the right side, it’s automatically cleared when your order has been sent. Click on 'Go to cart' to continue the order.
  2. The confirmation email ended into junk mail.
    Open your email program and check if the mail isn’t placed incorrectly in unwanted messages.
  3. Your profile contains an incorrect e-mail address.
    Make sure your email address is correctly filled in. You can see your information here and adjust if necessary.

If you despite the above causes and solutions doesn’t receive a confirmation email, don’t hesitate to contact us using the contact form.
