SL2155 - Turnip-rooted Parsley Half Long (Code: SL2155)

Rating:

The delicious leaves can be used as curled parsley; it is, however, often cultivated for the root, which resembles a small turnip. Its taste is between that of turnip and celeriac. Can be used in soups and stews. Add the freshly grated or chopped parsley root to raw vegetables and salads. Sow in the garden in rows and thin out later. The soil must be loose deep down and kept constantly slightly moist. Germinates and grows slowly.
